This guy had his car stolen, by not reporting it on forums he takes matters into his own hands, Shooting a hobo in GZ, Breaking RP (talking in local voice), RDM as the car theif stole his car 10 minutes before.
Before the video I had tried to explain in //local that what he had done had broken server rule I managed to record only a snippet of the convo , but he is adament that his own rules are greater than the servers.
