Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was parking my truck when this hobo tries to go into my backpack. After a two second consideration, I decide to teach him that is rude and pull a gun on him. He proceeds to run away and I tell him to stop several times. He says nothing, just keeps running so he gets shot. As there was a bystander/witness, I went to him and told him he had seen nothing. When I turn away, he pulls a pistol and tries shooting me, so I killed him. Not a word said. Now I am not saying he has to warn me he has a gun, I am aware I take a certain risk of not knowing who the victims friends are, but he said nothing, the victim also said nothing. So I feel this is a case of fail RP from their side.
The guy with the Greek name also broke NLR. Server was to close to restart to get close enough to him to catch his name but I managed to take a screenshot with the keychain. There is no evidence but my word (and potentially the chatlogs) that this screenshot is literally 2 minutes after I shot the guy.

Both players did not speak once, not even when downed, which leads me to conclude they either have no microphone or are so bad at English they don't understand nor speak it, which in itself is a barrier in achieving good RP and as such, they should not be playing here.
I have asked dropEx to join TS, but only one of his friends (I assume) replied saying ''RDM?'' ''U shot first'' in chat. I got no further reply to the question to come to Teamspeak so I am reporting them both for failRP/no mic/NLR.
