I decided to head to he Rebel Outpost to purchase some gear. I eventually heard someone asking me to 'Holster my weapon' as i did not hear him when I was moving into the Outpost. He didn't threaten me in any way, I couldn't even see if he was armed as he was hiding behind a wall. I decided to try and find him in the Outpost and, after i had found him, he opened fire on me and killed me.
I believe this is RDM as the initiation did not threaten me and, from the way he was saying it, sounded like a small request rather than an actual threat and was not expecting to be shot on sight. As you can hear towards the end, he says "Can you please holster your weapon" which does not seem like a threat in any way
I did request him to come to teamspeak to discuss this, however, he simply replied with "No"
