I just bought the rebel imports license from dodgy daves and was looking for people to rob and steal their gear, and i came across this guy "Frank Silver" Once he left the GZ i attempted to rob him and he knocked me out whilst facing him so Fail RP plus exploiting i attempted to ask him to TS But he left as shown.
