Please (in detail) describe the incident
Frederik had just returned our police car after taking it, he was rubbered and restrained as he ran. I wanted to chat with him about it and was only going to let him off with a caution for the offence. A few seconds after he was restrained he combat logged off. P.S sorry for poor quality of the video.
