So, me and SGT Vicks were pulling up to this fuel stiation robbery. I moved to the back while Vicks went in to talk to the gentleman. Vicks tells him to stop pointing his gun at him and that he will be tazed if he doesn't. This is repeated once upon when Vicks is shot without any clear initiation nor threat. The sound in the video is not the best but it's still very clear that no proper threats or initiation was made.

Also to be made clear is that Fridrik was not on TS and that is why he's not been spoken to.

Any chance you have a longer video, like 3 or 4 minuts prior to the incident.

hi @PC Nomad, 

i watched over the video, i had to watch it a couple times, due the sound was very low. 
i never heard him threatening the officers life. as soon as the other officer says or you will be tazed he opened fire. 
Tazing of rubbers is not a initiation of his life. as this is a non-lethal action. therefore he had no right to shoot.
