Basically I called Garrido onto ts3 because he just rammed me, I didn't know if it was by purpose or not and I honestly just wanted to check he wasn't a new player and if he was I was just going to ask him to read the rules and explain what vdm was as it's always nice to have new active members.
He joined and just starting being really abusive.
Dear Admin who responds, please do not close down this case instantly as I do want to go over a few points with Garrido. (That's if he responds)

There's no actual evidence for a VDM

I'm actually quite disgusted hearing you goad him on. Plus the fact you start it getting him heated with you "suggesting he come to teamspeak."
This is not very adult like behavior from both of you, but I can hear the frustration in his voice. He apologized for the "insults" but yet he claims he Desynced when this Supposed VDM took place. He's obviously frustrated, but then he tries to resolve it.

Also some of these quotes from you:

"I follow the rules" oh and then you say "Well guess what all that abuse might get you banned mate"
