Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was responding to a call so i put lights and sirens on, driving on kavala main road and a spongebob car that was apparently stolen from greenzone a civilian told me. He drove straight then turned into my car as i was about to pass him.

Just realised that I didn't add a reason to not trying to resolve it with the player. I didn't try to resolve it as he disconnected shortly after he done this and died, I logged back on after the server restarted and could not find anyone by the name of "Greg"
