Please (in detail) describe the incident

Out of nowhere the player, Harry, gunned down my friend and i at at handgun store. We just landed and went to buy a few guns, but were gunned down with no rp or no reason whatsoever.
I did try to message harry afterwards, but he clearly is no RP'er and is only on the server to ruin the experience for others.

Only 400 dollars was lost, so no reason for compensation.

Update:
It seems that he has indeed stolen my heli and sold it at the scrapyard after this following event.
M-900 Hummingbird.
They also took my mates' 55.000 for a gun license that he didn't manage to buy before he was shot.

Hello @Berend and thank you for your player report. From what I can see, this is a clear case of RDM. However, you were breaking RP in direct communication heavily. You may only "break" RP in direct communication etc if you pass someone a "note" with // in front of it. Therefore, both of you will be banned and will be needing to do a unban appeal in order to have a chance to get unbanned.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however, please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example, if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or TeamSpeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on TeamSpeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in an effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
