Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself, Busterguy and Mark Watney were responding to a call when I spotted a stolen police car. As we turned to deal with the stolen police car, we suddenly came under fire without initiation. I tried to resolve by asking him to join my teamspeak channel over local chat and text, but he did not respond to any of these requests.
