Hector stole my vehicle from the greenzone, and then VDM'ed as i was trying to get in the vehicle to speak with him. After speaking with him his mate (no name as he was wearing a balaclava face mask thing) drove over me and him while i was typing a message to an admin.

so the stealing you vehicle from the gz is a pretty clear thing he did. 
Now on to the VDM, NOw your running next to the vehicle at the moment of time he turns on to the road. 
I dont think this was malicious, But if i was in his place i would of stopped and jumped out and apoligize. 
And it happen sometimes it launches you in the air. And then kills you when you hit the ground. 
now the 3th video that is VDM. But unfortanly we cannot identify wich person was driving. 
So now i only see (6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone. 
being broken. And hector will be recieving a ban for this offense.
