Your Character Name: Arthur Parker
Reported Players: Hustler (448)
Date: Jun 18, 2025
Time: 21:30
What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match, (G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good morning/day/evening to any staff taking their time to read this report,

Prior to the clip starting, we haven't heard from our leader in about half an hour. One of the higherups, concerned, called over radio and asked myself and my friend in the clip (Prince) if we have seen our leader. We said we didn't, shortly after that, our higherup calls out that our leader has been shot by Hustlers on Ballas turf. We immediately make way towards Ballas turf to see what's the situation, and to help our higherup and leader.

When we arrived at Ballas turf, you can clearly see one blacked out car, with a Hustler member inside, ramming us. We come to a stop, and get met with "You guys think you're safe?". Both me and my friend Prince, confused, respond with "Huh?"

After that initial reaction, we're then immediately met with hostile behavior and ordered to get out the car. We then say "What are you talking about?", and I am immediately met with a bullet to the head by the 448 Hustler.

I believe this interaction is a clear breach of both G1.2 and G2.12 rule, as we weren't provided high quality roleplay, instead we got given a 10 second timeline from the initial contact to me getting shot and my friend getting robbed.

Thank you for taking the time to process this report.

Hello Arthur

You haven't invited us to a liaison. Would you like to go QE to talk about this?

I think the RDM claim is a bit of a fetch. You were told to get out of the car, and instead of complying you and your mate play dumb by only asking "what? what? what?". Maybe don't test our patience by being stupid, with all due respect.

Your leader "Taz" had just been shot in another robbery just around the corner, where he NVL'ed and stabbed a member of ours. (not that the NVL is relevant in this case). We saw you and went for you next. Considering your leader tried to play stupid games with 18 Hustlers surrounding his car, I actually believe we showed plenty of patience, giving you the chance to get out of the car. You chose to not comply.

The claim of poor roleplay is a bit more fair but I still don't think it's poor roleplay at all. Maybe you should've complied with our demands and you wouldn't have been met with what you believe is "poor roleplay" (the roleplay outcome is what you deserved and asked for)

Apologies for Jim above, I hope he gets a forum ban.

Cheers,

Ricky

Good evening Ricky,
You haven't invited us to a liaison. Would you like to go QE to talk about this?
No. I don't think the QE would solve anything really.
I think the RDM claim is a bit of a fetch. You were told to get out of the car, and instead of complying you and your mate play dumb by only asking "what? what? what?". Maybe don't test our patience by being stupid, with all due respect.
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Would you say this interaction gave us any form/type of quality roleplay?

Your leader "Taz" had just been shot in another robbery just around the corner, where he NVL'ed and stabbed a member of ours. (not that the NVL is relevant in this case). Once again, from the initial contact towards me getting shot, there is a 10 second timeline. How was this plenty of patience? I don't see how the fact of what he did really matters in this particular situation, but each to their own.

The claim of poor roleplay is a bit more fair but I still don't think it's poor roleplay at all. Maybe you should've complied with our demands and you wouldn't have been met with what you believe is "poor roleplay" (the roleplay outcome is what you deserved and asked for)
You must provide quality roleplay at all times taking into account every players direct and indirect experience. You don't think being given around 3-4 seconds to comply with your demands, getting shot in the head, then my friend robbed with no clear intention behind it isn't classed as poor roleplay?

It's clear we both got different outlooks on this situation, I will not comment any further unless requested by staff.

Thank you for your time Ricky.

Evening,

So, from the videos here i can see a few things. Everything i need to tbh. From the clip i can see that you KNEW why you were heading to Balla turf. The info you had was that Taz was taken and people scrambled to balla turf and that it was hustlers. So, anything random leaves there. You know and are willingly going into a hostile situation based of what your told. "taz has just been shot, ballas ballas ballas. Its hustlers or some shit"

You then proceed to go down there knowing full well your leader has just been shot by them. So, when you pull up and start being surrounded and the only response you have is "what" 4 times. Then the first guy is shot. I will say, i dont think he needed to be shot SO soon. But as the fact Taz was clearly in something just a minute before, then two of you turn up and it definitely seems like just a stalling tactic. Proven by the fact the other guy in the car is not shot and allowed to leave to take you to hospital.

Overall, i think if you provided more RP than "what" you may have been given more RP too.

I will be closing this with no action taken.
