Please (in detail) describe the incident: Today we had a defensive fight with marabunta in our on-going war, we were going about our business defending as we do at the galaxy nightclub, I was curious to see what session ID's were involved in the fight, we had someone log on late around this time, and as they were waiting for their 15 minutes to wait for the cooldown their ID was 279. I do not believe that these individuals that were at the situation waited the 15 minutes required to involve themselves in the situation. These ID's are very close together and to me it doesn't seem that this rule has been followed to allow a fair situation to take place. These were the only ID's I could see via session heads.


ID 16 unsure on his ID before the restart at 6pm but this player is Anthony Bryan, is seen clearly exploiting by emoting during the fight, I am fairly confident he was doing this for over 10-20 minutes even after being called out during Local OOC. As I could not see him multiple times and having hidden behind there myself I know your head will peek above ever so slightly. I believe this individual was doing this to gain an advantage. I have suspicion but it was possible he was emoting before I pushed up.

Hello @Nepp,

Whilst I appreciate the reports being taken down with mutually between Mara and Grove there is something in this report that needs adressing which is why it hasn't been closed yet.

In the evidence provided we can see you using sessionheads for whatever reason, given that I was present as a staff member in the liaison I've overheard the questioning of this exact same thing.
When questioned on this by Mara the following was mentioned:

• Your reasoning was that you never had a chance to get sessionid's before in different situations and wanted to know the session ID's of the players that were present.
• By your own admission the /sessionheads was used PRIOR to any potential rulebreaks happening
• The /sessionheads was used PRIOR to Grove pushing the Marabunta member that were holed up in the room
• You did not see an issue with using sessionheads as presented as you claim it wouldn't influence how you would deal with the situation

The thing is, the human brain doesn't work like that, by using sessionheads this way you gained an unfair advantage towards the players that were in the room.
You know exactly how many are in that room, as well as their position and whilst you claim it may not influence your decisionmaking, it will most definitly change a situation. Whilst you may think it may not influence how you deal with such information, you still will act differently than you normally would. That's human nature.

Using sessionheads before any rulebreaks have happened in this manner is simply not acceptable. By using them in this manner you've gained an unfair advantage over other players namely:
• Gaining their actual numbers
• Gaining their location inside the other room
With all the facts presented from the video and liaison clarifications afterwards and this having been discussed with other members of staff, unfortunately the criteria for exploiting has been met.
