What best describes this incident: (G2.4) NVL; At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: So me and some of my fellow gang members were selling drugs at a hotzone. My friends had finished selling and were just hanging around the area waiting for me to finish. A police officer then pulls up and tries to arrest me. The other ballas members then pull and and we hands him. He does comply at first. When I then search him and start telling him what items to drop he panics, ending all further roleplay possibilities. I understand if you would've paniced when the locals started panicing. However you paniced when we again took control of the situation and had you at an obvious disadvantage.

Hello there, I'm the officer in question. First of all, from my point of view, as I explained to your friends in RP, I only saw the person I was arresting, Charlie with a gun on the bike, and an orange car which wasn't aggressive. I thought it was just a local car. My actual game camera was pointed away from it so I couldn't really see what it was doing for the most part

At the time I honestly thought it was just the two of you. At one point while one of you was searching me the other looked away so I saw that as a chance to press my panic button since neither of you was directly watching me. Later in RP when Charlie asked me about it I thought he knew I pressed it because of the beeps but according to him he didn’t

About the roleplay ending I don’t really agree with you. I don’t think pressing the panic button ended it however as easily as you shot me in the head. You could have taken me somewhere else without resulting to shooting like Charlie did later which kind of proves the RP didn’t end since I was taken to Dodgy and the situation kept going without you

I’m sorry if you feel different or think I broke a rule but I hope you can also understand my side of it.

Hello Ram and thanks for your response!

I'll respond to each point you said.

When you told us your story in RP of who you saw you didn't have a straight answer and kept stumbling over who and what you did see. I'd also like to point out that the guy in the orange local talks and you can clearly hear him do so. I don't 100% believe that you didn't turn your camera around at all and see the 4th person so if you have a clip of that I would like to see that. There is also a point during one of the clips that shows you turn around which means you probably saw the blacked out guy stood behind you with an AR since you looked pretty much right at him.

When you was being searched we still had 3 people watching. You said you didn't see the 4th person so even then there are two people watching as you was being searched and no one took their eyes of you. We had taken control of the situation and you knew there was at least three of us so you pressing the panic just screams win mentality to me as there was no reason to panic. Especially as you said in RP to Charlie there was no police on duty.

At the time of the panic you forced us to rush the RP we had planned because we didn't know if police would turn up and also how many would show. Luckily you survived the dodgy so Charlie could carry on some RP with you.

The thing that doesn't sit well with me is you knowing there are no police on duty so why the need to panic?

As mentioned earlier, I did notice the orange car but initially assumed it was just a local vehicle. During the entire situation on the bridge, my camera was focused on Charlie and the individual with white hair whom I attempted to arrest. Because of this, I wasn’t able to see what was happening behind me. In RP, when I later realized that the orange car was involved, I wasn’t stumblingI was genuinely confused, and even more so when you mentioned a fourth guy. It took me a second to reprocess the situation.

From my POV, I was being searched by one person, and another looked away. I pressed the panic button on instinct I saw an opportunity and took it. I wasn’t overthinking it like you're assuming. I freestyle my roleplay and react to what’s happening in the moment rather than planning everything out. Especially early in the morning, when my brain's still waking up, I just go with the flow.

At the time of the panic you forced us to rush the RP we had planned because we didn't know if police would turn up and also how many would show. Luckily you survived the dodgy so Charlie could carry on some RP with you.

I didn’t force you to rush anything that was entirely your decision. As can be heard in your clip, your intention from the beginning was to dump me regardless, and that’s exactly what happened. So I don’t see how the RP was "rushed".

The thing that doesn't sit well with me is you knowing there are no police on duty so why the need to panic?

As I said above, I acted on instinct. Whether police were on or off duty wasn’t something I was thinking about in that moment I simply reacted to the opportunity as it presented itself.
