What best describes this incident: (G1.5) Powergaming // (C2.2) Exploiting.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Now I'm unsure of how police are supposed to operate and RP certain things, however what happened to me today was seemed like weird win mentality. Opposed to trying to have some sort of a fun Interaction this officer proceeded to just try and cut everything short assuming because he just couldn't be arsed.

Fed pulls up, gets out of the car, says hello whilst abusing the vehicle placement mechanic to remove me from the car proceeds to hop In and then drive off. I'm not mad the car was eventually taken, that was always gonna happen, I'm more disappointed at the approach.

I requested him to QE In which he entered the room with quite an attitude off the rip, he didn't seem to think what he did was powergaming nor had he broken any rule doing this.

It was raised In group leads as a question directed at Police Command, In which multiple responses were either powergaming or exploiting and that this shouldn't be done.

I've nothing else to comment, just would like staff to give an answer.

@Tyson Blake In all honestly lad I've never been told once anything regarding Vehicle placement and dragging out the driver of the vehicle through my vision I have the keys therefore dragged you out of the vehicle and got inside of it then drove off, I could of done a /me or wear police markings however Id admit I did not do this so therefore I would admit to low quality RP, as to it being an exploit Like I stated previous if this is I will hold my hands up however personally I have not seen something following the lines that I can not do this as a police officer, I will admit the reason as to why I did it so quickly is because of the fact I did not trust ballas and I will believe if we tried to put an active stop on the vehicle with marked cars it would of ended up with a gun fight, the only proper issue is I have is the fact you got that vehicle on a scene that was involved in a shooting between police and a group called of which I'm not too sure who at strawberry Gas where you and another member arrived on scene and started lock picking cars.

The clip clearly has no sound. Also not a direct clip from the people involved so its a little harder to get the full picture. But from what we can see and whats been said here we can say that the pulling out of car feature has been used with little to no roleplay. This is not an exploit because it is an in game feature for the police to use however its purpose is not to just drag someone out the car with no RP for your own benefit. Roleplay should always be the priority.

Because of that i will be banning Nigel Park for 24 hours under G2.12 for Poor roleplay.
