Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was pulling into the car park across from legion to quickly eat some food IRL. Upon parking up, a vehicle that had been previously ramming me with the occupants not speaking at all. I walked over to said vehicle, with the occupants clearly not speaking as its shown in the evidence. At one point, they both exit the vehicle together, and eventually pull out knifes at the same time and begin to come after me. Yet again, they are not saying a thing. My use of words with 'telepathic communications' was my way of saying they are communicating outwith the city, rather than roleplaying their conversations in game. After I had tased one of the men, he seemed to have been bugged as he was twitching on the floor for a very long period of time. I believe this was due to him leaving and it not being seen that way for my screen until a few moments later. He quit the game to avoid roleplay and being arrested. The clip also shows the radio communicatons between myself and fellow officers who were chasing the other man, which came to an end when he also combat logged. It is clear they broke the rules that were listed, and acted together to do so, as they planned this using communication outside of the game.
