Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was down at Marabunta turf with a few Hustlers hangarounds to make use of their cocaine bench. At Marabunta turf Anthony Story was there, constantly trying to bait a reaction out of me. I mostly ignored him, calling his character some names and telling him multiple times to shut up or he'd get hurt. He also mentioned bumming and rape a fair few times, implying that's the only RP the Hustler gang would give to someone. I'm sure many can disagree on this and was totally not relevant, only said to once again bait out a reaction. This went on for about 20 minutes, where Anthony said he was going to go. I called him a bitch again, where Anthony started to try and curse me out, not my character. Talking about the money he has, vacations he's going on and implying I am a fat nerd. When these comments were negated in RP he doubled down and said "you know what I mean", clearly implying he menas IRL. While not phased by these comments, it added up to my characters anger. The last straw was when he talked shit about Hustlers, my gang and Russia, my country of origin (IC). I shot him after 30 minutes of pure baiting. A literal second after he got shot he alt+f4'd. I waited around and he came back 5 minutes later. This is when staff (trainercal) started spectating the scenario as well. When anthony came back he decided he didn't get shot apparently, because there was no injury rp whatsoever. I was told by multiple people that apparently he's done with the server, which would explain his poor attitude. Right before the restart, I (ID 63 at the time) said in LOOC "we will continue the RP after the reset". He (163 after combatlogging) replied with: "No, I'm going outside".

I thought that would be it.

7 minutes past 2, I log back on. Lo and behold, Anthony is there. Jolly that we would continue the well-baited roleplay I engaged with him once more. I never took him anywhere, I just wanted an apology to me, my gang and my country. Anthony was seen stalling and stalling the situation. All of a sudden, Jess Fade appear. Jess' words in QE were that he was at a meeting and then went back to his house, where he saw his mate. The timing and behaviour of anthony and jess in that situation were a bit too obvious thought and in my eyes this whole situation was absolutely metagamed. I think that's the only reason Anthony even logged back on the server, seeing as he has shown willingness to combat log before.

Now Jess comes up to us and asks what's going on. Anthony says he got shot, by me. I say that's true. Jess asks why we're here and I say because I just want to talk to him. My intentions to RP are clear and I left the situation open enough for something to happen by not calling my gang for backup but instead just talking to Jess. Jess then runs away, to his house (I assume to grab a gun). Anthony has been seen stalling (AGAIN) because clearly he knows what's gonna happen. Not long after Jess shoots me in the head without any further roleplay provided, with Anthony the whole time not even trying to RP.

Then Jess puts me in a boot, says absolutely nothing and drives towards Cypress Flats. He pulls me out, says 2 words, takes my phone and puts me back in the boot. No other words were said. The clip ends a bit short, afterwards they pulled me out to boot to do /me applies bandage twice before putting me back in the boot again, before dumping the car and abandoning it. We've had a chat in QE where anthony left around 1 minute in. Jess stayed longer, we had a chat about it and Jess agreed his RP was subpar but refused to say it was low quality. We had some back and forths but haven't found common ground.

Hello there, I’m sorry it’s came to this and i am in this report after we had been qe. but I’m going to say the same thing here and staff can check this. I was at Mara turf at my house and went to a meeting with Alan and Eddie previous to restart at Eddie’s house in The Hills, Then I loaded back up and went back to my house straight after restart not knowing anything that has happened or was going on. Just to see ant downed saying you shot him I told you I was his friend and was pissed off , he was laying down on the floor wounded with a bullet out side my house , i had a gun on me i dont keep guns in my house we all know not to do that, I went to my house to put on my vagos mask so when i had shot you, you would of been able to identify why i got involved, you was trying to put him in the car to take him away so I shot you . I am sorry for my fast reaction. There was no meta gaming at all. maybe I should have kept my role-play up a little bit without shooting so fast . I am sorry for this ,

You seemed a bit mad in qe bringing up Marabunta gang, little did you know I had already left before all the stuff that has happened . saying I’m angry and that I’m done with the sever that’s why I’m doing this , when this is totally wrong and I have planed for other RP avenues to go down with Jess Fade and would like to carry on playing.

1 question, after putting on your Vagos mask in your house you shot me. Do you think the RP (few words spoken and then putting on the mask) warrants an execution? Do you think under the RDM rule you provided high quality roleplay?

Regarding Marabunta, I was simply trying to understand why your RP was so atrocious. I barely have/had interactions with Mara and am not too sure who your character really is. Hence my remark regarding the downfall Marabunta is currently experiencing. I was not mad, just trying to understand your mindset. You said you left a month ago, that's fair. I was simply trying to understand your side.

Regarding the metagaming; to me it seems like Anthony was angry because he got downed and had the intention of combatlogging (which he did). He came back for a reason. I think that reason was that you were online and able to accidentally find him on the way to your house.

Okay all good like I’ve said I was where I was as and there was no meta gaming going on …. I don’t think anybody in their right mind would leave their friend to die after being shot by someone outside their own house and would attack that person who has done this . Do you think going around shooting people has no consequences and can just stand there talking crap to a downed person and think nothing else is going to happened even tho I just told you that’s my friend ..

Hello @qaws thank you for taking the time to write this report. I've reviewed the evidence and read the back and fourth between you two so I'll get this wrapped up.

Both players are reported for OOC Information so I'll address this one first. I've done some digging and @misfit6660 story checks out with all 3 of them logging off in the hills prior to restart. Did a meeting happen? I don't know the answer to that but the player names provided and the location of the logout all match up.

It's very tough to prove without a doubt this was metagamed as the incident occurred outside the house of Jess so it could have been convenient he was genuinely heading back to his house after the restart. While it could be argued that Anthony was stalling, etc it's too many assumptions and what/ifs. Due to the lack of concrete evidence I'm not going to push a ban on both players for OOC Information.

Onto Anthony:
It's quite clear that he combat logs after he is incapacitated, which he has been banned for already. When Anthony logs back in there was no attempt at roleplaying their injuries at all.

Watching the evidence provided it's clear that he made references to OOC "I can go where you can't afford it" in which qaws responds in-character with "I have Russian oil money" sticking to his char and Anthony responds with " It's not the city mate it's out of the city".

Onto the baiting part with the evidence provided I'm not going to push a ban for this because both of you kept having a back and fourth and once Anthony started to leave you took another dig at him causing him to stay and argue more. You've mentioned this went on for 20 minutes but the 4 minutes of footage prior to the attack you both were going at each other.

Onto Jess:
As the rule states:

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Was the attack random? No. Was there any form of quality roleplay? No.

You did acknowledge this yourself stating: "I am sorry for my fast reaction. There was no meta gaming at all. maybe I should have kept my role-play up a little bit without shooting so fast . I am sorry for this". This shows an understanding that the roleplay fell below the expected standard.

You've identified that Ant is your friend but at no point shown any aggression or made any threats before opening fire. When you arrived at no point did @qaws shit talk Ant on the floor so the reasoning provided for shooting fast isn't justifiable. The roleplay was cut short as you could have gotten qaws at gunpoint and interrogated him on why he shot Ant and made the roleplay fun for all those involved. At this point in time you wouldn't have known @qaws did shit talk Ant and when you asked why he shot qaws said "He's talking crazy shit bro". So you roll up, see Ant on the floor, ask why he got shot, ran into your house, came outside then shot Qaws with no quality roleplay, definitely not up to standard.
