What best describes this incident: Baiting - "Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get chased or engaged with"
Please (in detail) describe the incident: From what I heard Ballas were selling drugs on the little Seoul FWY. Police amassed units there to deter them a few times which worked and they left the area and stopped dealing. Ballas then got into war cars and a few minutes later proceeded to get guns as a UC called out they pulled a shotgun out (in their hands while fueling up infront of the UC) but didn't know that police knew at this point. Ballas then decided to start following police which fair enough but then took it further by ramming police cars, blocking the entrance to MRPS (1.5) etc.

These actions of ramming police cars alongside with them being seeing kitting up for a shootout to me at least shows their actions were a deliberate attempt to create a reaction from police to be engaged with and this is further backed up by ID: 28s response in OOC which states "you did the same".

No attempt was made to QE as this is a usual thing from this group. Previous QEs have made no progress with similar incidents with them as its on-going and says a lot that the first reaction is rather than further the roleplay moves towards attempting to bait a significant reaction.

im 157 can i get the exact reason for my report as i didnt ram you nore did i bait you i was giving you a taste of your own medicine as an officer. I do not have footage of the hotzone but our GTO was getting rammed by the exact car you are in as well as 2 other marked (I do not have footage but im sure you or another officer does as context is missing at the hotzone of your officers ramming balla cars) also i did not see any "QE" attempt. I think you should go back and speak to the officer on the bike which I had a 10ish min convo with, with no issues may I add maybe if you stopped and spoke to us for 5 mins you would have got a better outcome but you just wanted to drive away from the situation and not give any roleplay what so ever we tried to engage with you but I was responded with nothing on your end I clearly used my words with you but you decided to do nothing.

A fair point you mentioned about the hotzone however, i wasn't there - i came from 2 shop robberies in sandy (you can see me driving down at the start of the evidence) so this claim is false. To further prove you are incorrect I can provide vehicle logs and attach it in here to prove that this is inaccurate should staff deem that necessary.

I have no issue with ballas as ik some are fine and had a few laughs the past few weeks with a couple who are often dealing just before 6pm. This also again isnt relevent to the report - i'm pretty easy with anything in the past being in the past (why would ppl drag video game grudges along in life).

this part i dont know what to say - i genuinely dont know who you are sorry. I tend to just reply to other status updates I see. This was months ago so I dont even know what to say to that bc i dont remember haha. either way has no relevance in this report.

My understanding was the bikecop logged off (I could be wrong but again I can get vehicle logs if needed for staff if that is considered relevent) after police left the hotzone. (which they did assuming you would try bait a reaction for a fight rather than moving to a new location, continuing to sell and result in chase etc)

Other things that have been mentioned in your reply I believe are covered in the initial report. I will double check the footage as you said you didn't ram and if thats the case imo it changes things but from memory a few cars were ramming with barely any words being said other than what I'd say is incomprehensible noise.


To make it simple I won't provide further replies unless its for staff questions as ik reports can get clogged rather quickly.

nvm I did ram you outside pd you chose to run from me I do not know what you expected to happen if a person evades from police you TC them to stop them I tried to do the same to stop you from running away and to talk to you but you decied to just drive away with no words said on your end you should of done better and provided us with some form of roleplay but you did not. I said I wanted a chat in a sarcastic manner but you just drove away with no roleplay given at all you could have stopped and asked what was going on if you was unsure about what just happened at the hotzone but you did not so it is you own fault for not being informed by other officers on what was happening. your officers started the situaton by ramming the GTO at hotzone he was not being hostile just selling if there is any footage of the hotzone can it be provided thanks.

EDIT: One thing I forgot to add you stated why we did not move to another location to sell it was a hotzone if you do not understand how they work I will explain
