The man named Jakey continously tried to lockpick my chopper while it was in the airport, he was also annoying other people with trying to lockpick their vehicles. He also took my chooper and crashed it.

Video says it all. The person is seen to be lockpicking a vehicle in the greenzone after that gets in it and flies and on purpose rams himself and the other person in the heli into the ground.
