Please (in detail) describe the incident
So i was driving to my buddies at the time who were dealing with a situation involving the police so i could maybe give them a hand while i was at it. But when i got to Agios fuel i saw a man in the middle of the road and as i tried to pass him he sprayed into me and my car. He said he initiated but i couldn't hear anything, so im not sure if he actually did or if i just could hear it as i was moving at significant speed.
