Please (in detail) describe the incident
Player was lockpicking in greenzone repeatedly. Multiple people tried writing to him to tell him he can't but he chose to ignore all this. Seeing as I am not a direct victim and he ignored warnings given to him ingame in sidechat AND direct chat, I do not feel the need to ''resolve'' this matter. This user clearly chose to not read the rules and did not take the opportunity to do so after being warned. Therefore I feel the only possibility is for me to report this person so he or she will, one way or the other, be forced to come to the forums and read the rules.
