Please (in detail) describe the incident
I woke up early and went on duty. I proceded to patrol at Kavala square, where some civilians informed me of a robbery taking place not too far away. I arrived at the scene where a hobo with a rook was threathening a civilian at gunpoint. I pulled my rubber bullet gun out and demanded, that he let the civilian go and surrender. He refused my demands, shot the civilian and ran to the top floor of a nearby building. I managed to immobilise the armed hobo with non-lethal force and restrained him. I talked to him explaining, that what he did was unnessescary and very illegal, but what happened later is what prompted this compliant. Some other armed hobo with a Rook named "John Kempel" shoots and injures me and an innocent bystander, tries to injury another bystander as well, but this one was more prepared and managed to take "John Kempel" down. My injuries were treated by the masked rebels, and I was helped on my feet. I then see a civilian, who looked exactly like "John Kempel", which was really puzzling for me.
My main two issues with "John Kempel" is as following
1: He shot and injured me and an innocent bystander without any warning or demands.
2: He then proceeded to come back as a ghost, which breaks the reasoning and logic, that I've been raised with.
My main two issues with "Charlie Satizabal" is as following.
1: He yelled out something called "RDM" and accused someone of it. I believe this is due to the effects of all the weed, that's been smuggled into Kavala.
2: He disappeared while in cuffs infront of my fellow officer and was no where to be found again.
I do hope, that the gods of the island will take action against these two dangerous men, as they are a danger to both civillians and the entirety of the island.
