Please (in detail) describe the incident
when me and busterguy was on patrol in kavala i restrained a bounty hunter for threatening me so i restrained him then when i was about to leave he was gone then i encountered him again in the square and the restrained him again and then at 1:25 he jumps out of my car then moves to another car and gets away i tried to get him on ts but he refused and said i had no right to restrain him as he was a bounty hunter
