I was in the middle of processing my weed and i hear some footsteps outside the compound and decide to make a move as it was either going to be cops or rebels coming to rob me.
I jump in the truck and i begin to take shots from Thomas before his friend initiates on me, I then hear somthing faint along the lines of " i'm going to light you up " he then begins to instantly shoot at my tyres with out giving me time to comply to his demands.

I then decide to go back to the factory to try and get these guys names so we could have a chat on team speak regarding their poor initiation, I see one with his hands up as police have him in custody and i take this chance to kill him.

In the second link i am providing courtesy of Thomas you can see multiple rule breaks they are saying they want this kid banned and are clearly metagaming.

We then spent over 45 mins in team speak talking it over and the guy who initiated leaves the team speak as he was clearly heard telling his friend to say the video was corrupt, unbeknown to him he was talking in team speak when he said it, he did not return to resolve after that.
I talked with the other guys and they were unwilling to comp me so i am making a player report against all three.

Ok, I would like to first start off with your demands. You asked for compensation for your gear and your truck. We believe that you should not be compensated for your truck as you drove away and had multiple opportunities to hide your truck and come back to confront us. You chose to bring your truck back, putting yourself in the position where you knew you were risking your truck to as you put it "find out our names" which clearly wasn't your real intent as you decided to try and spray all of us down without even attempting to approach us. Surely there could have been more than just me and my friends hanging around there and you could have just rdmed an innocent person. Second, I wish to highlight the fact that I was not the one who initiated on you so please provide evidence before making an accusation. In addition I feel that saying "they want this kid banned and are clearly meta gaming." is perfectly fine considering the fact that we were both dead and had -In our opinions- been unfairly executed.

This also links to section where you said you wanted our names but then killed someone who was restrained by police and had no way to attack you. I speak for all of us when I say I will admit the role play was relatively poor in terms of the engagement and I am happy to be punished to an extent for that, but you endangered yourself and your truck by deciding to come back to the factory when wearing all of your equipment and with your truck. You could have removed your gear and stored it in your truck which would have negated the risk of being shot as we would not have known you were the same guy and could not execute you without rdming.

In conclusion I feel that punishment for weak RP is sufficient, but asking for compensation for your gear and your truck when you purposefully endangered yourself for a second time after escape is no concern of ours.

P.S Why is your video only 10 seconds long? Something to hide? I would like to see the 5 minutes leading up to your engagement with us if that's Ok seeing as I gave you that courtesy.

Yes indeed i did but as i said i came back to get your names so we could of have a chat, If i left my truck whats to say it would not of been stolen or cleaned up by the server.

I wanted comp for this as ultimately it was your guys fault how this whole situation started.

Everyone in that area with a gun out was KOS if they were not involved we would of talked about it and comp would of been given upon proving they were not involved.

Jordan was downed but not killed when he was saying this as the video clearly proves that and Thomas was not down either you can clearly see in the video he walks upto my body and says " I thought you were cool with the Copper Kings ".

Why would i leave my gun and the safety of my truck after i have potentially been RDM'ED it does not make sense that i would do that, you guys began shooting at me even before your friend had finished trying to initiate so why on earth would i go back up there to be potentially killed by you guys and i refer back to my initial point of why i did not leave my truck and gear as stated above.

I have something to hide not at all and i can gladly upload longer if requested by staff, i cant believe you're saying that, did you even watch my video to the end where Jordan is heard saying " Tell them the videos corrupt " as he thought he was in discord talking to you but in fact he was in team speak and you say i have something to hide when your friend was trying to cover up your own evidence.

In conclusion There was more than just weak RP here multiple server rules were broken.

 
@Skyrifter can you provide video proof from your side please? Also Thomas made his video private that John linked. I would like to know who was breaking roleplay as LaB executed.

 
After rewatching the second video I can remember the teamspeak conversation we all had for a while together. I will go over the points and then put the conclusion at the bottom of the post.

So starting off when @TCK John Dillinger was just leaving weed processing, You can hear footsteps and someone saying something but it was to quiet and if it was an initiation it was less than a second if that before the first shoot was taken. Communication is key within a gang when you are iniating and you should never shoot unless you are confident that the initiation was done. 

Looking over the part with Tomas, at 4:41 you metagame TCK. When asked you didn't really offer a reason to why you did this, however I did point out that you cannot metagame like that. I know you sound a bit angry when you get shot within the video however if you shoot at someone expect someone else to be looking to shoot you.

Moving on to LaB, There is no reason to break roleplay within direct chat. Yes we all get mad however saying 'RDM is a serious crime so yh execution'. There was no RDM that took place within any of these videos. @Skyrifter Your gang did fire the first shot and john did return to get names and he was within his right to shoot you for shooting at him, it's the whole self defence. 

Now moving onto the Teamspeak conversation. John was more than happy to claim compensation and not post a report on the forums. You did say that the compensation was to high and you didn't want to compensate at all and asked john to make the report if i'm remembering it correctly. Following onto the conclusion to this report,

Jordan admitted within teamspeak that he didn't initiate well and that did kick off the gunfight, LaB you did break roleplay before execuiting someone and Tomas you did metagame. This whole situation could of been resolved within teamspeak and come to an agreement on amount of compensation as both sides didn't agree on amount.

Now for punishments I will be issuing a warning for Tomas for the metagaming. I personally feel it was heat of the moment and that you will not do this in the future. As for Jordan and LaB I will be issuing a ban on both for Fail RP.
