well i was doing apples before this occurred then a friend told me to hobos were trying to vdm him 10 minutes later this happens (see evidence)
these two knew exactly what were doing they were also being incredibly rude to the officers handling the situation and continuously swearing at them. i don't feel like i need to write much as this is clear vdm.

After watching you video i can come to my conclusion.

Yes Jose magazine did crash and die, however i can not be 100% sure how this happened so i will not be issuing a ban to this person.

However, 
[copral] Jirocho Yakuza clearly rammed the police cars and then drove off and when he returned decided to hit the Police officer after his tyres were shoot out. I can tell by the sound of his voice that he is the same person.
