What best describes this incident: C2.3 G4.5
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were on patrol when we encountered Josh Cooper. He then decided to grab a knife and stab Matthew Casey, where I shot him 12 times. Right after he didn't do any of his injuries, he decided to just talk normal. When NHS called him out in LOOC, he decided to just ignore us in total, not responding to /me or verbal. The NHS then send him to hospital and allowed us to make him check in.
After he got out of the bed, he got released from cuffs to grab his stuff, he then turned around and punched Matthew again multiple times after getting revived.
In the cells he then decided to log out whilst John Smith was reading his report. he then disappeared.
During the situation he also managed to get from cell 4 to cell 3 by going through the wall, but I have no video of that.
He flew out around 1930, at 20.00 he then flew back in, 5 minutes after this report was made.
