As you can see Jumbo shoots my friend out of nowhere, which is not only shooting a medic but he had little to no RP towards us and was extremely toxic, apparently he had RDM'd most of the people who were down, and refused to come to liason with them (which i was going to join to liase our issue) I tried to tell him what he was doing was wrong but he was having none of it, clearly hasnt read the rules nor cares about them.

Hello jumbo here i would like to explain the situation. I was at drug deal and a friend and i decided to rob some Huron's as they robbed my friend at processor. We set up at drug dealer and shot warning shots at the Huron's but landed and killed Duffy. I had a good position and killed 8 of there members then ran up to there body's to avenge my friend. As i was finishing them the medic combat landed and started picking up money. I shot him because i was unaware of the rules and was upset with this as i had just clutched a 1v8. I've been on the server less than a week now and need to read over the rules again. I've never played on a role play server so have lack of experience with role play. I was not toxic towards the medic. I was trying to concentrate in a fight when the medics where running around picking stuff up as i knew the enemy where bringing reinforcements. It was clearly a combat zone and even after telling him to leave he was in my face screaming why did you kill a medic. I did go into team speak and realised you are not allowed to kill medics. I wasn't toxic one bit the people that where dead where toxic to me, calling me names just because i was unaware of a rule. You need to fair to new members. I apologised but yet you say " I tried to tell him what he was doing was wrong but he was having none of it " and " clearly has not read the rules nor cares about them ". This report was up before i even spoke with you, why would you assume such things about a new player when you haven't spoken with them.

Using phrases like "Fuck off medic" and "Shut the fuck up medic" when I'm A. trying to revive people and B. trying to inform you of a rule is pretty toxic pal, granted you were much nicer on TS when we had a chat but maybe you should translate that into your attitude in game in the future.

You were asked multiple times by multiple people IN GAME to join the GB lobby to have a liason, you simply ignored everyone and executed them or shouted back the phrases which I have listed. It's only when one of your gang members learnt about this report that you wanted to talk, strange isn't it...

This comment is laughable.

1. I can't seek revenge on a person I've never even heard of before, the report is for you RDM'ing my student, 

2. Yes i know the original members of Ground Branch very well, and that is totally irrelevant. I've treated people as a medic that I don't like at all with the same RP standard as anyone else, I'm not some sad child that treats people differently just because of a few bad interactions on a video game.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I couldn't care less how new you are, if you were a long standing player who has been on the server since 2014 or a hobo who joined yesterday, when you join RPUK you read and follow the rules, It's as simple as that, and considering you told me you've just come back form a ban days ago, I really think you need to sit down and read the rules, because either you haven't read them, or you don't care about them, neither is acceptable.

Where did i tell you to fuck off? You shouldn't have been in the area while i was executing there was COMBAT. You where in there TS channel talking to them after the incident .  That ban was in 2017 on the first day i joined 2 years ago today actually. Everyone makes mistakes especially new players because they are more vulnerable to mistakes. Practice makes perfect and i haven't had much practice. But that doesn't explain why you said u tried to resolve when you didn't.

You can never kill a medic. If there is an issue with a medic you call staff og go to higher up in the medic
