Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was with my friend who was about to buy a car. Go inside waiting for him and see Kaiku behind me clearly waiting for people to buy cars who have money. He then breaks RP by calling me by my name in which I've never gave him. After this he proceeds to tell me to put my hands up. I do. He then gets annoyed at the fact I had no money on me and decides to shoot me anyway, without having any reason to do so.

Well this clearly shows metagaming and some shocking RP. Will be issuing a ban in this case. Thank you for reporting this incident to us.
