I was making foot chase a suspect when suspect run on the office building outside in Kavala this mate think the best thing to do is jump out of roof this point I try tase him I miss I know him out and then I restrain him. I escort him like 1m. After that, I start to talk to him. But when I start he just logs off.

Alright, Indeed as soon he gets restrained he disconnected. It also seemed that keadr did not wanted to talk at all. 
In this video i dont see him talk once. i have seen in the logs that he disconnected at 4:18 pm (just a heads up the time is +1hr since i am ahead of uk)

This is clearly a breach of rule 

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I know keadr is a new player, And probally not aware of the rules. I normally would say because this is his first offence. 
I would guide him to the rules and warn him. But keadr does not have a forum profile, So A warning he will not see. 
therefore i am forced to put a ban in place. So he atleast know what he have done is wrong.
