I was following an suv that i suspected stole a weapon out of a police vehicle and was following him to retrieve said weapon, when i spike stripped him and demanded him to step out the car without a gun. i was gonna ziptie him and check him for a weapon. But as u see he combat logged and then instantly reconnected. I did attempt to get him into ts but he ignored hence this report.
