Please (in detail) describe the incident
Prior to the video linked as evidence I had shot and downed Lewis and another player for pulling out guns and threatening me during an active gunfight. After everything has settled and the scenario was over me and my friend executed the player I downed and took the Gun he had. Lewis then came over breaking NLR as you can see from the start of the video he was down next to the player we executed. He started talking about How the knows admins, he's going to get our gang wiped. Meta-gamed our names, threatening to get us banned/reported. My friend had enough and decided to knock him out and zip-tie him to stop him following us, he then disconnected while zip-tied.
Ruled i believe were broken:

talking "OOC" in voice.
