What best describes this incident: RDM, NLR, Poor RP.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Mara and a few others found out that there were grove members waiting at the container place by docks, we decided to gear up to attempt to hands the grove members down there.

When we arrived we found Leyton alone at the front and another member on the roof we attempted to hands them both, Leyton managed to kill two of us (myself and Jenson) before another Mara member downed Leyton.

Myself and Jenson decided to rest in pillbox, Anthony, Leyton (Mara) and another person took Leyton (Grove) to dodgey whilst myself and Jenson were resting.

After the dodgey situation Anthony picks me up from pillbox to where we go to Lucchetti's to grab some food. This is where Leyton decides to come in and randomly shoot us both, no prior RP, the time between Leyton being downed at dogey and him shooting us at Lucchetti's was less than 10 minutes - 8 minutes would be an estimate from looking from our prior clips.

We are making this report for several reasons - the poor RP which came from the situation, as in my eyes this was kill on sight with no initiation, breaking NLR as there was less than 15 minutes before both situations as well as RDM as he randomly shot at us in this new situation with must i add, 0 RP.

The dogey clip was clipped at 16:31, and the Lucchetti's clip was clipped at 16:40.

Not NLR as dodgy is a 2nd sit, pointing guns makes you an aggressive force, meaning the 15 minute rule is bypassed as explained in the rules: "Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries" I rp'd my injuries at the dodgy with the rp being the vest ate the bullets which is why I accepted the dodgy, after the dodgy you guys had left and taken my car, I went to talk to PSK, then found my car at Luchetti's then walked in after seeing it and noticed neither of you had changed your clothes so after I found you I decided to take action. In my eyes this is still the same sit due to being picked up at the dodgy so I don't think this is NLR or RDM due to the fact you had pointed guns at me not even 15 minutes ago which in my eyes isn't enough time for the situation to had been wrapped up and concluded.

You do realise your clip shows you streaming as you can hear people coming off/on the stream and you hear yourself deafen

I'd like to understand why your first reply was admitting to your mistake and suddenly it's been edited and then spun around back to us accusing us of discord accusations (in which Anthony will reply due to it being his clips).



Regardless of how you see this, I believe this is full on RDM and NVL, standing with the original report, and I am happy for staff to make their decision on this one.

In regards to me rolling and pulling my gun out you can clearly see this was pointed at ant as i was messing around, i didnt see you at all, and you had already pushed us and was aiming at us prior to this anyway.

I will let Anthony reply in regards to the Discord 'accusations' and i won't reply now unless staff require anything.

Yes leyton mate, i do see i was streaming, and clearly if i thought there was anything wrong with this, or could get me into trouble i wouldn't be willing to share my clips of this. Nothing was acted on towards those that were watching, you can hear when i undeafen and re-defen and thats when im showing the clip of killing yourself and i said the words 'whiffed a bit like he could of smoked me'. No one even replied to me, i was deafend the whole time before and after that as you can see in the clips. cheers.

Hello Neve.

After re-reading the rule I realised I had over looked it and after the close look into the rules, I believe I haven't broken the rules that I have been accused of, this is why it was edited, regardless I'm aware that staff can see the edited message and can see the message prior to the edit, yet my perspective changed after having a closer look and my understanding of the rule and so I changed my reply due to the fact my perception on the situation had changed.

I'm sorry to see that you still believe this to be a rule brake but I agree with leaving it to staff.

The pointing of guns I had mentioned was at the dodgy of you guys pointing at me making yourselves an aggressive force to have me drop my gun, the rolling and pointing not long after this in Luchetti's when you had pointed guns at me at the dodgy, this made me feel in danger and not in a situation to make demands, as you can see in your own clip I see roll behind the seats and clearly you have a gun since you're rolling, I thought you still had your gun pointed and was in cover it was impossible for me to see that you had put the gun away afterwards due to you being behind cover so I believe shooting was the correct course of action in this situation.

The issue I have with the fact it's streamed is that it can be classed as metagaming regardless whether information has been brought in or not, we have been warned by staff about this ourselves in the past, a few members of the community have even been banned for it.

I would also like to point out that the clip that has been posted has been edited as you can see the jump at 3:46.

I think I've covered as much as I can, I'm going to leave to staff this point and won't be replying unless requested to by staff.

Hi Leyton.

At the end of the day, you left that situation after coming from dodgy. you saw your car outside of Lucchetti's and you forced that situation on yourself knowing that it could break NLR, seeing us and shooting us with 0 interaction and 0 RP. The NLR rule is bypassed under: 'unless an aggressor forces you into combat' and in no way shape or form did WE force you into that situation, that was completely your decision.

Also in regards to the metagaming accusation, in the rules it states: (G3.1) OOC Information 'Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.'
In no way has any of this information been used to influence the course of roleplay, it would be the same as someone watching a Twitch stream of someone playing RPUK, regardless, if it was bannable, people wouldn't be allowed to stream on twitch? It genuinely makes no sense on what you're trying to argue here tbh.

In regards to the clips being 'cut' you can see that the clips are clipped at 3 minutes long - you can see this when Ant opens up his Geforce to clip at the very start of the clip, so we've have to patch clips together from what we have. 'Save the last 3 mins and 0 seconds'.

I genuinely have nothing else more to add and will leave this to staff now.
