As we were industrializing the apple trade utilizing multiple Tempest Devices and HEMTT Boxes in order to raise a TLC members prestiege, Liam and his friend Kenzie tried to rob said member at Kavala fuel, as you can hear in the beginning of the first video; "There's a guy here with a gun!" - They fire upon the HEMTT Box as the driver attempts to get away, me and two other TLC members arrive and as heard in the video, Liam is being told to sieze fire upon the truck and holster his firearm. It is at this point that Liam so conveniently disconnects. As seen in the video, Liam is holding an MK-1 EMR.

He did not make any attempts to contact us in any way after disconnecting.

Approximately 20 minutes later, Liam returns; *See video 2 - this time with an MX, a cheaper weapon... We give chase and it ends in a car accident which resulted in Liam being incapacitated. This outcome was not intentional, at this point I call the NHS to make sure that he gets revived, once the medics arrive - we leave. During the wait for NHS to arrive, we're having a brief "// " conversation where Liam tells us that his internet connection has been very unstable for a long period of time, see screenshot: "I disconnected 5 times in the past hour". It is because of this fact that I believe Liam is liable for Combat Log, since it's his responsibility to make sure his equipment is up to speed, and knowingly getting into situations with poor internet connection is in my opinion a crappy move.

@William Lebowski I am quite disappointed that you have not taken your time to reply to this report on you, but you might have not seen it. 

Now lets crack on with the actual report. It is very suspicious that you "lost connection" at that very moment. I did look into your connections and could see that you did indeed disconnect and reconnect afew times during that day. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and only give you a strict warning for this, on the basis that from here-on-out I expect you to contact the people that was in the situation you lost connection from ASAP if this was ever to happen again. If this happens again, and you do not contact them to continiue the situation or just even talk to them - you will recieve a ban for it if it was to come to light. The rule you are being warned for, is 2.5.

@badtigerforce I understand that him dying when you cut him of like you did in the second video was accidental, but you've got to understand that when you turn infront of him like that, he really does not have the possability to react and stop before crashing into you - which here resulted in him dying. What you did in this video is a breach of 2.1, but I will give you a warning for this and I expect that in the future that you are more careful when trying to block a car. Give him more time to react.
