I had just crashed my blackfish and a gang member was on the way to get grab a defib to get me up, I thought at this point it would have been alright to go to the toilet for maybe 1 minute when I came back I had been executed. I then captured the last few minutes of what happened to see if there was some good roleplay execution for me to find "If you don't say anything I am going to have to kill you in 5 seconds" to be fair yes I went to the toilet so I was not there to give any high-quality roleplay to him but I still think that he could have made up some sort of story as to why i was not speaking. I did call him to teamspeak multiple times afterwards however at the finish i got "i am not coming to ts right now sry".

You are first seen in the video at 40 seconds by 1min 30sec you had killed him. The roleplay you gave was a few hellos and then if you don't talk in 5secs I will kill you. shortly later you kill him.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

The roleplay you offered was very low quality. I know that he was AFK but you knew this you gave him all of 40 seconds for him to come back.  You never gave a reason as to why you are killing him you offered nothing.
We do not accept this quality of RP.

So I will be banning you under (7.1.3)
