Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and 2 of my friends saw activity at the metal exports so i flew close to check it out, then landed on one of the buildings nearby. I then get randomly shot from somewhere while i am sitting inside the helicopter.
Firstly i asked Loki to come my ts lobby in ooc he declined, i then asked him on ts and he declined. Then i asked one of the guys who were with him in the ts to ask Loki to come talk. Loki then came to talk.
He said that i denied rp by not talking to him even though i clearly couldnt hear a word before getting shot. Basically he wouldnt admit that he was in the fault and that is why i felt like putting up a report was necessary.
