Please (in detail) describe the incident
(VDM Attempt): I had done a U turn and had parked my Quilin in the government controlled zone. He also done a U turn and drove straight at me with no attempt of avoiding me. That of course made me believe that was an attempt of VDM. I drove by and said "What the f**k are you doing mate" And I got no response. I said the following in text chat (Direct Message) "Come here mate let me pass you a note" - "//VDM I will see you soon" - More was typed and said and if needed I am more than happy to send that in as evidence also.
