We were processing someone at weed processing then this guy landed in a modhawk and we had an npas unit track him and they saw that mohawk at weed field so when it landed i told the man to put his hands up then i restraiend him but it showed he had his hands up for some reason but i heard the hand cuff noise then he says you cant camp this area for more than 15 minutes then we talk to him about it then he logs out in restraints

No because it was 10 and I was quite tired and I had school the next day and had my parents moaning at me to get off so I uploaded the vid reported it then went off
