I landed at Kavala garage to see a hobo with a pistol I yelled at him to see what he was doing suddenly he shot me.
- Tried to call him to Teamspeak but no reply

Player already banned alluding to reasons such as your report raises, and the player was banned at the time of your report.

Something I'd like to clear up, no one has ever been banned specifically for holding F. Bleeding out is a choice you can make for your character. It is not "Fail RP". Anything that puts you on the ground is representative of trauma to your body. People die from Trauma all the time before they run out of blood supply represented by the meter.
Opinions on this subject expressed here are pure speculation.  

While we're on the subject of rules and I appreciate the case of which you find yourself in. It is never okay to break a rule, when a rule has been broken against you and I would like you to remember this in the future.
