Myself and Officer Niko were busting people at weed field.
The player M.Logan firstly had a voice changer in which i persisantly asked him via direct chat to turn it off, after about 2 minutes of talking to him and him not listening i initied with a taser as he had an illegal fire arm and was in a drug field. I tased him and restrained him, and exactly 5 seconds later he disconnected while restrained. I have 1 screen shot as evidence

No i don't have a video, but im sure the screenshot kinda proves that he was restrained and disconnected as it clearly shows that he was restrained and then disconnected.

okey @Jayray Holder, 

a video was a bit easier for me, and it also may shows that he had a voice changer. 
but the screenshot is in this case enough proof to see this person indeed intentionally aborted to the lobby. 
Therefor he combat logged. 

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained
