Was robbing Agios bank then this hobo came and just shot me lol. This guy obviously gives no fucks about rules as I asked him why he shot me and he replied while laughing ''I dont know''...

Usually we would want a longer video, but it looks as though your first interaction with each other was in the bank, so I'm willing to take what you've given us.

The rules clearly state that there must be high quality RP involved before anyone can considering pulling the trigger. Asking if you need help robbing the bank is not good enough. Then again, I don't think that Mr. MAAADS OOOOPEL has read our rules at all, and is a very new player, judging by how long he's played on our server.
