I was just driving around in a blue gocart. Then i saw a hatchback and drove infront of it a bit and blocking him so he could not drive infront of me he then stops, and jumps out i stop also and look at him. THen he begins to shoot at me, and gets a tire of my go cart, i then jump out and he says hands up while shooting at me. I tryed a lot to contact him and resolve it with him and he did not want to come to ts
