Please (in detail) describe the incident
Two of my friends and I were driving in a orange suv towards Kavala and I seen an RP opportunity at the fuel station so we turned around then as we drove up beside them a hobo with a police rifle shot at us with no initiation and continued to shoot at us and I ended up dead, he then continued to shoot at my friends in the car and eventually triggered the police to respond as well and once the guy was killed he said it was fun in side chat.
After I was RDMed by the player I asked him to come into Teamspeak multiple times to resolve the problem and my friend also asked him to come into Teamspeak multiple times with even going to the bother of sending him a message via the mobile, the player didn't even give acknowledgement to me or my friend so I did give him a chance to come into Teamspeak to resolve the problem.
