I spotted this person lockpicking my vehicle, so I ran over and gave them warnings to back away or they would be shot. They did not say anything and just ran around in circles. Then as I was about to set off, they came back telling me to get out. They did not initiate properly, nor did they even reply when they were being threatened. (I also acknowledge that during this, I did get extremely heated, which definitely didn't help the situation when it was happening, and I take full responsibility for that.)

Ok, so this is an interesting ones then....

So, Malawaka was lock picking your heli at which point you told him that he would be shot if he didn't leave. fair enough. You get in your chopper at which point he comes back and initiates on you telling you to get out and then to place your hands on your head. You do not comply, so he knocks you out. He explained that he would have to knock you out again due to waiting for his friend to come with zips. He even attempts to RP this out by saying he is having to put his knee on your back. Now if he was trolling and just knocking you out over and over again for fun, yes this would be against the rules, but he had an reason and an RP justification to do that. Is it ideal? no, but he did what he could given the situation. The alternative was just shoot you, which he appeared to be trying to avoid.

Now that's all out of the way, I would like to address a few things on yourself. Firstly, breaking RP. You keep repeating that you cant do this here etc. I'm very unclear as to why he wouldn't be able to do that there. There is no green-zone there. Secondly, threatening to report. this both breaks RP and is against the rules under rule 2.8:

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only. Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. [/SIZE]

Finally, you continue to talk with your friend on teamspeak/discord when down, giving information on what he is doing which is also failing to RP, because, if you are knocked out, how can you speak on teamspeak/discord and give info. And even if you could, the person would be able to hear it.

Now with all this in mind, I feel that you are the one who is going to need to take a little time out to make sure you understand the rules. I understand that you may see this as unfair, but we hold everyone on this server to the same standards and you managed to break a fair few rules in a fairly short amount of time.
