I was robbing this person called Mega and he didn't wanted to give me his keys of his truck till i said your truck or your life and then i threaten his life that if he is not gonna give me his keys i will shoot him with a 6.5 mm threw his head. And then i saw on the chat Mega aborted to lobby. I am sorry that i cut the video a bit longer then i should be.

Hello @No and thank you for your report. In the beginning of the video, I can hear that you are speaking on your radio without saying anything in-game. I can't understand what you are saying. Just keep this rule in mind: 

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over TeamSpeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.

(The rule is fairly new.) But from what I can see in the video, it was indeed a clear case of combat logging since the player literally aborted to lobby.
