I was speaking to two gentleman about an attempted theft, just showing my interest to which Mental DoG runs over to me, points at me with a gun, and shoots me in the face with no prior warning. However, one of the guys does say "we told you to leave, or else we would shoot you, so..." and then I am shot. You can hear that I am given no warning in the video.
Please note, I am attaching a gyazo link here that shows Mental DoG refusing to come and speak to me about the situation. Thank you;
