A gent by the name of mike was reported by the medics after refusing to allow him to revive a man, he then stole a truck and I gave chase. He pulled over after ramming my car (I have no proof of this which is why im not reporting him for it). When i asked him to put his hands up he said no, ran and jumped back in the stolen car and proceded to attempt to escape. He then had his tires shot out due to the fact he had a lethal weapon and was saying he was going to kill me so I then got in my car drove round to the other side once shooting his tires out as he crawled in to a bush saying how he was going to kill me then followed by him dying. Almost seconds after he died he combat logged in an attempt to either save gear or not get revived and sent to jail. I couldn't talk to him about it as he was not on teamspeak and left the server.
