From the evidence above, I am only able to see him disconnecting, and a person in the car who was originally there disappear. Whilst it is not 100% that it was indeed Harrison in the car, I will give this the benefit of a doubt. If you suspect a rulebreak, always use some tool to get their name on the video, such as footage from before placing them in the vehicle. Report approved.
