We ziptied a man at the checkpoint, while he was ziptied he went out of character and procceded to combat log to save his gear. he logged back on and afterwards he came with this reply to wehter or not he was coming back to continue roleplay. He replayed with this https://i.imgur.com/rbtbHdz.jpg. Later we meet him at the airport and called the police to get his gun, he then proceeded to combat log and further break RP.

This person is intentionally breaking rules and should HAVE to appeal a ban before he is allowed back as he clearly has no respect for the rules.

normally we wait 24 hrs to deal with reports, this is so people can write up a response. do defend/explain themselves. 
Neltharion clearly has no respect for our rules. He def knows what the consequences are. 
This person will cause more trouble, i have also looked at kez his report. 



 There is clearly proof of metagaming as well. And i will be taking this into his ban as well. 

Neltharion - 2.5 / 4.2 - Perm Ban. 
Since he made no attempt to rejoin the rp, Which he clearly states in his message. he will receive a perm ban.
