Im reporting @Seth Morris for meta-gaming.
This all started when i scraped his Ifrit on the 17th of June, It was brought to NPAS HQ by @proctor where we promptly got authorization to scrap it.
With me, and on my patrol was @Surgey Viscloser who immediately as we started the scrap received a message ingame from @Seth Morrisexplaining that if we continued with the scrap i'd be placed on the OG hitlist or something along those lines. I interpreted it as a joke since in my mind there was no way @Seth Morris would be able to act on those words without meta-gaming.
This now leads to the situation i actually have footage of.
As I'm trying to sort out a hummingbird landed at the Kavala garage I'm asked my name and badge number, confused as to why since we had just made a deal at gunpoint to where I would impound it instead of scraping it i give them my name. The RP goes on for abit untill my fellow patrol member decides he'd like to leave and tazes me off the roof, im then Zip-tied and brought out of Kavala in a Quilin.
As we are driving away im asked if I have any idea of why I've been taken hostage , not knowing the reason I'm reminded of the Ifrit scrap at which point i start to question how he gained the information on my name related to the scrap. His explanation at first that (Time: 4:33 ''Bob gave me a formal letter saying that you where the one that scrapped it'') seems to me like nothing short of meta-gaming, i was aware that @Surgey Viscloser had likely confirmed that we were scrapping it, however, this would have been over TS witch as far as I'm aware is considered OCC, which is also meta-gaming. - im now aware this was not the case and that he sent the message ingame, how ever im still confused as to how he knew that i was the one who scraped his Ifrit im the first place.
When I tried to resolve this with @Seth Morris over TS he claims one of his friends saw me at the border driving around, I let him know this was incorrect, something I'm sure @proctor will be able to confirm since he brought the Ifrit to me at NPAS and received a generous reward for it since he used it to save me in a gunfight by Telos Fuel.
His second (or third?) excuse is: ''I never got it from OCC I went off as a civ at the check point left my Ifrit there and hopped on as medic to do hours then I got a message saying that my ifrit was scrapt, not the message on my screen but a message from a dude that i know''. A very vague and poor excuse and something I'm sure you can expand on @Seth Morris?
He doesn't want to recognize that the way he got the information is through meta-gaming my name when I scrapped it and he keeps changing his story after confirming himself that he got the information from side chat when I question him about it, in my eyes it seems like he was fully aware that what he did was wrong and he disregards it to get some revenge. combined with his poor attitude and belittling when I confronted him about it led me to place this report.
