What best describes this incident: (G2.4) Value of Life
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Omz got kidnapped after a shootout happened with PSK and Grove, where Omz was seen trying to steal one of the PSK vehicles. Omz was told to put his hands up and got ziptied. He was taken to a place where we had cover so we could disarm him. The idea was to let him go afterwards, since he was claiming to not be a part of Grove (even though he was seen yesterday with Grove clothing on). Afterwards in DM's, when asked why he NVL'd, he told me he was not in Grove at that time. This made it in his eyes "dumb" for us to rob him, which apparently is a reason to break rules. In my opinion this gives him even less reason to stall like he did.
There were 4 people actively pointing guns at Omz, with another 3 driving around next to us. Bit outnumbered, I'd say.
Omz was asked to drop his weapon and ammunition, and not once but twice did he fail to do so, instead dropping christmas chocolates on the floor. Sadly Fat Pete is diabetic so I had no use for the chocolates.
